Representing industrial and government project owners as an independent technical advisor, we coordinate expert panels, designers, vendors and contractors to manage technology, CAPEX and delivery quality.

Feasibility & Expert Review: Diagnoses wastewater and compliance constraints, organizes feasibility studies and expert process reviews, and reduces front-end investment risk.
Design Audit & Agency Procurement: Audits process packages and drawings, prepares technical specifications, benchmarks vendors and costs, and provides equipment agency procurement.
Construction & Interface Management: Coordinates designers, civil contractors, vendors and owner production/EHS teams to control schedule, quality, safety and budget.
Upgrading & Long-Term O&M Advisory: Supports commissioning, plant upgrading, reagent and carbon cost optimization, and year-round technical troubleshooting.
